I’m a 27 M and still live with my folks…

My father is a geriatric, somewhat senile and approaching the age of retirement (he’s 65+ hanging on to a part time gig) and my mother has a chronic illness and doesn’t work. I’m the main breadwinner in our little family and help my folks out with the mortgage and other expenses.
I want to follow the Sunnah and get married to avoid the haram relationships/zina. I live in the US and I’ve tried the Muslim dating apps. I get a lot of matches but any time I suggest living under one roof with my parents, I’m immediately unmatched.
I can’t afford to run 2 households on my income, it’s simply not feasible. And it just doesn’t make sense to throw away rent when my parents already own a home and I’ll likely InshaAllah inherit (Allah knows best, maybe I pass away before my parents).
Why is living with in laws such a big issues for Muslim women? Is this a recent phenomena? I feel like the joint family system in India/Pakistan has been going on for centuries. Or should we be like the kuffar and put our parents in senior centers?

You will find woman wiling to live with your parents. Either in west or back home. Just make sure what is expected of her. Don't turn your wife into family slave as subcontinent people tend to do. Don't force her to take care of parents as her job. She has obligations to her husband and everything else she does for the rest of the family is counted as charity for her. And obviously better if there's no MIL-wife drama.
If you properly convey this, then you’ll have no issue marrying. Also try to avoid online aps.

M-Audio to old for ableton live 10?

I am totally new to ableton and music production. I have a old interface (M-audio fast track) I wantto record audio with my microphone and guitar/bass and also with a midi keyboard. I have ableton live 10 intro and and brand new desktop (with the right specs)
Recording with the midi keyboard via usb works fine, but recording with my microphone or with guitar doesn't work that well. I notice that the signal goes through, also with monitoring sound I hear that the sound is fine. But when I hit the recording button I see that it sort of pauses every few seconds. Also when I listen the recording I hear pauses/stops every few seconds which sounds like a hitch. I tried some different settings with the samplerate/latency but I didn't work.
I use the newest ASIO drivers. Is it possible that the drivers doesn't work together with my interface because it is old? I hope anyone has had the same experience and know what to do. So I know if i have to buy a new interface or have to go trough some settings.
Top Comment: I am running one but last driver version on my FastTrackPro with no noticeable issues. The latest driver was producing issues with my Live10/Windows7. I'm glad I'm not the only one still using FastTrackPro :). I like it, especially 2 pair of output channels, one of pairs duplicated.

At http://youarelistening.to/montreal they take this radio feed and add ambient instrumental music. At first it's weird but I find it to be the audio equivalent of "you just can't look away".
